Community Support for Vulnerable Woonsocket Families and Residents
The Woonsocket Situation Table is a multi-agency collaboration of local human service, health, education, and criminal justice professionals that meets once a week to address situations where an individual or family is at a significant level of risk for harm. The team develops an action plan to reduce the risk and works with the individual and their family to connect them with services and supports in the community.

This site explains what a Situation Table is, outlines its history and successes in other cities, and describes why and how it was launched in Woonsocket. It includes links to news articles, a directory of participating agencies, and a contact form where community members can suggest referrals or ask questions.
(Note: this is not an emergency service. If you have an emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.)
